The Grand Hotel Blackpool

This was the first time that we had stayed at this hotel . I rate this hotel has one of the best we have ever stayed in. The service from all members of staff was exerlent. from the front desk to the waiters bar staff room cleaners. I could find no fault. The entertainment in the evenings was to a good standard. Good value. Bar a little on the expensive. Resturant was very good , high standard of food and service

Arrival at our hotel we had an hour wait to check in so-called because they run out of electricity, people are the jam in the elevator. For this we ate no breakfast at all, and prices have not been understated the problems with the current and do not use posiklu.

Very clean in Hilton Hotel,All facilities look new .

Lovely comfortable room bathroom a little small but the windows need attention could not sleep due to the noise of the wind whistling through the closed window so very disapponted with that

Very pleasant stay, would have been even better had forest secured safety on saturday rather than have to wait until mon nght.... so the good news is we'll be playing blackpool again next season! have stayed now at hilton & imperial, both very nice
