I only stayed the 1 night but all i saw was very satisfactory
If I have any comment to make it would be about the breakfast where people were waiting to make their own toast with only 1 toaster in use .

The hotel was about threequarters of an hour walk into the town centre but the buses and trams run frequently. The hotel is beautifully decorated as are the bedrooms we were staying only one night and we expected to be staying in the attic or down in the cellar but no such thing our room was lovely we were very happy at the outcome.

THE FOOD - COULD NOT BE FAULTED AND THE STAFF IN THE RESTAURANT WERE FIRST-CLASS
There was nothing we didn't like - we will certainly be back again.

ME AND MY WIFE REALLY ENJOYED OUR TIME AT THE CAROUSEL, THE SERVICE WAS SECOND TO NONE AND THE FOOD WAS LOVELY I WILL CERTAINLY BE BOOKING TO GO BACK THERE.

Left 2 days early because of intolerable noise,if this is the best 3* perish the thought of the worst

Staff were pleasant
Poor parking, scruffy carpets, mould in shower room

Overall very pleased with hotel. Only real problem was noise from lift but nothing major.
