The employees are very nice and helpful. View was nice.

There are not enough elevators to service the number of people at the hotel. We spent way too much time waiting on the elevator.

I liked everything it is a really nice place and full of fun!!!

The only problem I had was the lock on my room door was broken and and the ironing board was broken.

There was someone to greet us as we drove up and unloaded all of our bags even though we did not use valet parking. He then accompanied us to our room and unloaded our bags. The entire staff was incredibly friendly. As aggravated as I was about not being able to bring snacks or drinks to the pool area I have to say the food prices by the pool were not expensive and everything was really good.

They will not allow you to bring any snacks or coolers to the pool area. There was nothing on their website to let us know of this nor was there any signs before you enter the pool area. There was only a staff member handing out towels making people turn around and carry their coolers back to their rooms.

Our grandkids absolutely loved everything about our visit as well as my wife and myself.

The only bad thing I can say is that the room rates were a little pricy
