Harrah's Gulf Coast

A class hotel, with the most friendly and professional employees we have experienced in a long time.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel and it was clean and the people were friendly.

I think to have to pay $10.00 a night for the use of a refrigerator was not a good thing. We have never had to rent a frig. The TV stations were analog and we did not get any stations that we wanted. The buffet was good however, the shrimp was bad and we told the waitress and she did nothing. I went back up to see if they were removed and they were not. The next night the salad bar had sand on some of the leaves and we told her that as well and nothing was done. So the buffet needs a little tender loving care about clean and fresh. I do not complain at all and I have stayed at many hotels as I use to travel alot during my working career but thought you should know this. Thanks

Mom and I enjoyed the room we were given. The walk-in shower was such a plus! We enjoyed the fact that we didn't need to leave the Grand Casino Biloxi and could spend all our time there. The breakfast supervisor along with the very nice male server were so sweet. Mom was celebrating her 101st birthday. The complementary breakfast in honor of Mom's celebration along with the "SURPRISE BIRTHDAY CAKE," when we returned to our room made our stay a memorable one. No words could express the kindness of all your staff! Thank you!!!!

Water quality felt like oil on your skin

The buffett was outstanding.The staff was so couteous,hepful,and friendly. The room was topquality,very comfortable,and clean with the necessary amenities.

Of course,i get the reason,however, it would have been nice to have a better tv selection. my mother is 86 and we did spend alittle time in our room.

The Grand Casino is no longer directly on the beach as the hurricane destroyed the original building. Its now across the street but in a great location. You are within walking distance of several different Casinos. Even though it rained the entire time we were there, I can't wait to return to enjoy the night lights and life of Biloxi... It is Amazing.
