Golden Nugget Biloxi

The room I stayed in was huge....with wonderful tub!!!!!

I would have liked to have known that they were still renovating before I booked my room....I didnt even know that the name had changed from Isle to Golden Nugget....an email would have been nice!!!! the loud sawing and hammering right above me woke me at 7:00am!!!!!

Response to complaint regarding room. Renovated rooms are very nice!

The hotel is being renovated and we were originally given rooms on the 12th floor that had not yet been updated. They were dreadful: filthy carpet, dirty bathroom and no amount of persuasion would have made me sleep in that bed. I complained to a supervisor and was immediately assigned rooms on a floor that had been renovated: excellent rooms and excellent response! Well done, Golden Nugget for solving the problem. I have stayed at the Nugget in Vegas and this is the service I expected. Good job. It will be much better when renovations are completed; ultra noisy in bar area - live music that made it almost impossible to play Blackjack or hear yourself think! WE PLAYED AT BEAU RIVAGE - it was quieter there - hope that issue is resolved when renovations completed!

It was a good weekend getaway

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and service was good. Food was pretty good.

The pillow top mattress gave me a terrible backache. Is there any way to get a firm mattress for our next visit? Thanks.

Pool and exercise room were fantastic. Rooms are older and a little tired but clean. Water pressure in shower is great.

No fridge or microwave in room. Getting to your room from parking is a pain. Smell of cigarettes is everywhere! Lot of construction work but will be nice when finished. No exhaust vent in bathroom--very steamy after a shower. Pool closed at 8:00pm--waste of a great asset!!!

Everything is very conveaiate to get to wish is a hugh plus for me. Wish they had more no limit poker VS pot limit but my stay was great and will go again

We came during Springbreak and were very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not open yet. If we had known in advance, we would have made other arrangements.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the maid service was satisfactory.

The hotel is in disarray during the transition between Isle Capri and Golden Nugget. The communication between the staff and guests was poor. We had to rely on asking other guests as to the available promotions, etc.
