The front desk clerk who checked us in Friday evening Nov 2 was so helpful and courteous. We felt comfortable right from the check in! I am so happy to have a chance to thank Western Inn and especially our front desk clerk for such excellent service.
It would be nice to have a way to cool the room when it got too hot.
