Clean, quiet, comfortable room

Tiny bar, poor service.

Over all services and facilities were acceptable. See comment below about our handicapped accessible room.

The safety hazards in the “handicapped access” bathroom were significant. We both need access to bathrooms that include grab bars and walk-in shower. We do not use wheelchairs, but if we did, the bathroom in our room would have been prohibitive. These are the problems we encountered:  No grab bars for the toilet  A raised “bump” (to keep water off the floor I assume) that made it very difficult to exit the shower without slipping  Toilet placement with the shower bench down, made it impossible to get a wheelchair up to the bench if needed  Wash bowl, counter, and mirror placed to high for use from a wheelchair I would refer you to the 2010 American with Disabilities Standards for Accessible Design at www.gov/regs for compliance and review of commercial facilities for overnight use.

The parking facility was a great convenience. Front desk employees fantastic.

The sheets and blanket on the bed were scratchy, not the typical Crown sleep package. So, so, for the price.

Location nice rooms Starbucks in hotel

Restaurant on top of hotel very average food

The Location is perfect downtown close to alot of fine restaurants, parking in the parking garage is nice then walk across to the Hotel, very clean not a bad place to stay, will be back.

Maybe a little refrigerater in the rooms would be nice, other than that nice place.
