Comfortable room. Friendly staff.
Terrible cookies. You used to have chocolate chips. Also, additional coffee k=cups in the room would have been nice.

We had no hot water in the shower the first day.The toilet did not flush properly. The hot water did come back the day we left. The toilet still did not flush.
The staff gave us a breakfast coupon for the inconvenience

I really enjoyed the common areas and the staff was so helpful with any and all of our needs. From answering a simple question to changing the station in the lobby for my 10 year old daughter. And also were very helpful with directions and local entertainment.
