Enjoyed the hotel -- very well located and staff was friendly and helpful. Room (especially bathroom) was small -- compact -- but well designed and functioned well. The concierge desk was mixed: they got me a tour guide that was not worth the money but were extremely helpful with reservations and getting a car.

The decor and comfort of the hotel is excellent. Food was also nice and being able to get a massage until late at night is brilliant.

If I compare this hotel to others in Bali or Thailand, the quality of breakfat buffet or meals are just normal. The prices for restaurant are very expencive! The airconditioners in the rooms ddnt work well. For this standarts it is too expensive. In Bangkok I live in Mariott Resort &Spa Hotel price for room is 79.-€ inclusive tax and breakfast. You should visit! Big difference to yours.
