The Sukosol

Although i was very happy with the hotel the room and the staff, i was charged an extra day and after i was promised that i would be refunded the diference, after 2 weeks i'm still waiting to have my money back and this after i contacted the hotel in 2 ocasions.

We were unable to extend our stay for another 2 days for lack of reception, which to our arrival did not accept payment by VISA CARD despite our contract had expressly stated the possibility 'of using it. Demanded immediate cash payment but we were too tired to provide. We had to make a deposit in euros to go to sleep. Incompetent for the info of the city. We have given an incorrect indication of the location of TAT, the national tourist office and we lost time and money in vain. For the rest very good property, functional and comfortable, with superb breakfast for all diets.

We have been to this hotel twice now and its lovely would def rec it to everyone

Expensive but reliable hotel. Always my choice when in Bangkok, and I live in Thailand. Haven't eaten in the hotel as the price is expensive but the beauty of this hotel is being central to many important sites and good for eating out. Rooms are spacious and very clean and staff are always accomodating and friendly. FAB pool to cool off in with Spa.

I travel too much and expect much from the hotels I stay in. I have been to many other hotels after that time - eleven different hotels in two countries and ten cities. I liked your hotel best.
