The location and the comfort of the place. The food was good but little plate.
The welcome was really bad. The receptionist was in a bad mood, she never said hello to us and we never got a smile.

Being by the river.......
The shower tiles had mold between the lines....
The receptionists should understand better English for easier communication....

Convenience to important locations in Bangkok, including my family home, which is situated in the Thonburi side of Chao Phraya. The family room is well-lit and quite spacious. In fact, we thought this hotel has more to offer than just river view. My little girl enjoyed staying here a lot and looked forward to having her morning swims during our t5-day stay here.
One thing I don't like is the food. I think the hotel breakfast should have more variety and better quality food. Standards such as bacon, breakfast sausage, boiled eggs and whole grain cereals should be included at the buffet.
