Location and friendliness of the staff
The breakfast in Tony Roma’s was the worst meal we have ever had. They should not be serving breakfast when they have no clue what people want

The reception staff accommodated my wife’s preference for a room with a bathtub.
The bathroom was a little cramped. I found getting into the tub for a shower a little challenging because of a muscle pull which impaired my flexibility.

We received an upgrade one our room upon checkin. Our room overlooked Banff Ave, really lovely. The room was comfortable
The tile at the front door is quite slippery with snowy boots

Really nice and modern since the hotel was renovated!
MJ smell in the room. Some how the smoke was getting into our room.
