Beds did seem a little too soft and difficult sleeping on.

The services and hospitality is excellent. When we were there we had a fishing tournament at Saratoga Lake and breakfast was supposed to be open at 6AM but they opened for us a little earlier since we had to leave by 6AM to be on the lake by 7AM. Rooms very clean and very nice pool and sauna. It is right off the exit on 87 northway and it has many restaurants/fast food and supermarket within walking or short drive. This is a highly recommended stay.
This Marriot is only 2 exits south of Saratoga lake. And it is right off the thruway exit. The only suggestion is for them to install outside power outlet patches around the parking lot so the Tournament bass boats can charge their batteries over night. This would attract more recreational boaters to stay there. Otherwise it was Great and highly recommend stay.

Staff was really nice & helpful! Accommodated last minute request for early check-in and gave great advice on local spot for breakfast.

It is clean environment.
The staff is not helpful at all, we waiting on the long line with non pre-reservation customers for more than one hour.
