The gym instructor was extremely helpful and as well as offering great assisance in the gym was helpful in identifying places to visit during my trip that catered to my needs. He was outstanding at his job and a friendly person. The staff who served breakfast and those who worked by the pool were also extremely friendly and helpful.
On my first day I caught one of the pool staff who was quite rude and unfriendly going through my belongings. When I reported it to the frontdesk they took immediate action to try and resolve the matter. I did not see that staff member for the other 8 days of of stay.
