Main reason for choosing Best Western Plus Hill House: Facilities

The beds were comfortable, and the linens fresh. I loved the 4 pillows on each bed! The continental breakfast was very convenient, since we had to leave the hotel at 6:45am. There was a nice variety of fresh food, and it was attractive and tasty. Because of this service, we will return to this hotel on our annual visit to Bakersfield.
The room carpet was stained. The desk clerk was alone when 4 parties were all trying to check in at 10PM on Friday night. She was pleasant, but obviously frazzled. She could have used some help.
