Very clean comfortable room for the value. Some of my friends stayed at a downtown upscale hotel for twice the cost that was not nearly as nice as the Hampton Inn.

Exterior Access to Rooms. Expected Hampton Inn to be like most Hampton Inns with internal Hotel access to rooms.

Excellent customer service and a very friendly staff. Daily manager's reception.
This is an outside access hotel. I apparently neglected to notice that detail when I was booking (my fault). As a female who travels frequently for business, I was very nervous with this type of setup. I think it is utterly ridiculous. I won't be staying there again which is a shame since the customer service is so great.
