Quality hotel that lived up to expectations. Staff friendly, rooms spotless and well stocked mini bar. close to great shopping and casino.
Late check out (mid day)was no problem.
Would happily stay again and will.

Handy to what we needed. Great place to chill out. Good eateries in and nearby. Good service in all areas valet/concierge/reception/restaurant/housekeeping.

I enjoyed everything, was very pleasant to be in this magnificent and luxury hotel. I'll be back as soon as I can do it and I recomend to people that look for something good to make a reservation in this nice hotel.

Everything ... nothing to say ... friendly staff, addendum ... now I will reserve my hotel stays with you.
A flat ... went to the concierge, and I found that I asked Haydn to the road to get to Rotorua, I wanted to go there on my own: he said he can not get information because the hotel offers tours to Rotorua pay and therefore it would not give me any information on my application ... I remained stunned; all for Underdog Story: sacndaleux limit. Here is my only disappointment of my stay ... we feel very quickly denigrated ... Haydn thank you

Thought the bathroom was great.
No toilet brush in the toilet. My other half got sick with vomiting and diarrhea so was unable to eat breakfast. Asked if it could be deducted of the acc but told no. I think some allowance should be made for things like this. I did have breakfast and he came down with me. But to be honest was not impressed with the break fast at all. The food was only lukewarm.
