Very friendly and helpful staff amazing views of the waterfront and very good location
Out of the hotels control but all the construction work meant walking around was a bit of a problem but sure this will come right

Everything.All staff are amazing. The bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Love the 11am checkout
The lighting is not great for doing make up but other than that the place is perfect. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Auckland
