I really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the runway. The modern room decor was fabulous. I especially loved the easy access pointer lights on the headboard.

I love staying on the concourse side of the hotel and the very accomodating staff. I have always been able to receive the room I request, which has become my favorite!

The staff is great,took the shuttle to the airport to catch the train downtown to the Americas mart that was nice, food was Good
Should not have to pay to park in our own hotel,food service was slow,(not the omelette guy)
