Clean, and well kept. Breakfast hours should end at 10:00 am and not 9:00 am. Got upset stomach after eating scrambled eggs and sausage (greasy).

It was clean ,comfortable and quiet. The amenities(iron, coffee and at least one premium channel selection) in room were nice. Was down for a wedding and
location was perfect for the Thompson House.

Loved the shower. Nice instead of a bathtub. Very clean too!
Sound proofing like every other hotel/motel is terrible. The noise level from the hallway and above us was terrible. Offer me a clean/quiet/restfull place and I will come back.

The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortabe. Overall, a good stay.
A water pipe must have broken during the night and was not fixed for 15 hours of so. Pipes break, however, I thought it took entirely to long to fix. Again, sometimes it might take that long to fix things. But when we came in the hotel nobody said a word about it. We went to our room and my wife got in the shower only to be surprised that there was no hot water and then no water at all. I think when we came by the front desk someone should have been there to notify us about the water situation. This is not a big deal but I thought I should say something.

Not Much.
The room had dust on most surfaces, the TV needed cleaning, and because of this we do not even know for sure if the bedding was clean or just re-made. We were hoping not to get bed bugs from this place. Their breakfast bar had empty containers of coffee. The hotel was a very noisy place as well. I would not like to stay there again, nor will visit a Sleep Inn if I can help it in the future.
