Pleasant and helpful staff. We needed additional blankets, and she brought them right away. The little guy plugged the toilet and unfortunately flooded the bathroom. The maintenance guy was so nice, about having to clean it up. We used the towels to keep the water from going out the door and onto the carpet, and they brought us more towels. The continental breakfast was plentiful and lots of choices.

The coffee was too weak.. like brown water, no flavor.

Very clean building from entrance to hallways and rooms. Breakfast area well stocked and attended. Staff was very courteous with every interaction. I will definitely book a room here again!
