Main reason for choosing Hilton Garden Inn Reagan National Airport: Rate
The main ladies room had no paper towels and one sink had no soap. The sinks were dirty. The floor needed swept, preferably mopped. Young adults who were rooming across the hall kept me up for hours. They were yelling and slamming doors and running up and down the halls. I called the main desk to complain and security was sent to investigate. I did get $20 off of the parking fee but I honesty feel that I deserved to get the room for free.

The sleep number bed was very nice.
The desk at the front staff had computer difficulties so it took us a while to get checked in. While the staff were polite, they were not very warm in their welcome.
