Staff is always pleasant, room serves our purposes well, convenience of location.
Highly recommend putting two chairs at the tables. We have stayed at this location 3 times in the past six months and it is always the 2 of us and each time I've made the suggestion that two chairs be in a room for two people. Really hard to relax in the room, eat a meal, have morning coffee w/only one chair. Don't know your process but perhaps you can "auto populate" chairs in the room when the reservation is for more than one person? Thanks for the opportunity to offer feedback!

The location was convenient to my destination. The morning staff were pleasant and helpful. They looked as though they were making the best of a bad situation.
The facilities appeared generally run-down and of need of maintenance. The bathroom sink did not drain. The bedding was worn and appeared slightly unclean. The television did not have a remote. The airconditioning unit was especially loud when it cycled on and off every 10 minutes.

The staff were very nice & helpful in giving directions.
Room a little dirty, coffe maker still had old coffee grounds in it and the bathroom walls needed to be washed down.

The flexibility in the use of the swimming pool and TV common area. Adjacent grocery stores was a plus. For such a busy weekend the price was reasonable.
