The receptionist at the front desk was very welcoming and kind. Rooms were spacious for the price.
Would have liked a coffee pot in the room. Blow dryer worked at first then failed to work half way through using it.

I liked that it was close to the mall.
Yes, the service in the morning was horrible. We went for the continental breakfast and everything was pretty much gone. So when we went up to the Front Desk to let them know, the girl was rude and said she would get to it in a bit. Well it took her about 20 minutes to fill everything back up and then she proceeded to push down the garbage with ther bare hands and then go back and fill up the fruit basket without even washihng them. I have stayed here before and I was very pleased, but this time not so much.

The quiet room - clean and comfy and perfect for my stay. No time for the hot tub this time, but loved it last visit!. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I'm confident I'll be back.

The check in experience was first rate. She found my information quickly, used my name and made it straight forward. That is a plus when you arrive exhausted from the airport.
The sound isolation between rooms could have been better. At closing time my neighbors returned and were quite loud in their room for an extended period of time.
