Was very well located for the activities we had planned.
The breakfast room could have been kept up a little better. I think this was more due to a lack of staff....there was only one person on duty as far as I could tell. This was way too much for one person to handle and keep all happy. However, this individual was always courteous and there was no lack of trying.

The location was perfect for where we were going. Not to mention it was right across the street from the outlets which helped when I realized I needed a new shirt.
You can request smoking or non-smoking rooms. We thought it would help to get a non-smoking room since we don't smoke but EVERYTHING smells like cigarettes.

The room had been recently renovated so carpet and furniture seemed new. Bed was comfortable.
Yes, the hotel is under construction. Downstairs doors to exterior were wide open until late at night- possibly all night as they were also open early in the morning too. Security was poor. Also they got mixed up and thought my room was empty so I was disrupted and frightened twice by staff who used keys and entered my room while I was in there. When I spoke with the manager she was unresponsive and cold in her manner. As far as cleanliness goes one of the towels was either stained or had been used and not changed from the last guest.

Centrally located for the areas we had to be at.
One light had an electrical problem (the one on the wall, closest to the window), the electrical outlet under that light was pulling out of the wall, and it looked like the heater under the window was pulling away from the wall too. Otherwise, it was good!.
