The Lakefront Anchorage

What an amazing and responsive staff! The van driver who picked me up at the airport provided me much helpful information on how to get around Anchorage by public transit ... Bus #7 runs right past the hotel and gets you quickly and easily to downtown museums and other sights. At check in, the front desk person allayed all my concerns about transport for connection to a Rust flight-see. When I arrived in my room and found the safe locked up, a technician (Anthony) was there in minutes to resolve the inconvenience. Throughout my full week's stay, I was always greeted "like an old friend" by anyone with whom I had earlier engaged.

I felt the food server in one of the two restaurants (the one with the full bar) was unfriendly and dismissive. She made me feel like I should not have been there; and indeed I never did return during my week's stay.

My husband and I booked a package to see and land on the Ruth glacier, Beautiful, The Hotel was beautiful and clean,we had breakfast, lunch, and also dinner and drinks at the hotel no need to go anywhere else. Friendly staff, beautiful grounds right on the larges sea plane base in the world, we will be back best vacation of our lives, thank you for a wonderful first time in Alaska.

No everything was wonderful, Perfect

We got stranded at the airport due to weather and the Millennium had rooms available and the shuttle was pretty quick. Great place to stay when we really needed it. Everyone was very friendly.

Alaskan Flavor

Great water pressure in showers. Bea is an excellent hostess/waitress.

The rooms were large and well set up. The food was outstanding...warning you may need to take a friend to help you eat it all.

The heat fan was a little loud but was not directly by the bed so it was easy to tune out.

After having an almost sleepless night, and dropping my husband at the airport at 5am, I asked your front desk attendant if he knew where I could get a good cup of coffee. He disappeared and came out of the employee lounge with a wonderful cup of coffee to help jump start my very exhausted body. Thank you for your kindness,,,,

We asked for a quiet room because we had an early wake up the following morning. The young lady at the front desk gave us room 3008. The garbage trucks rolled thru around 1-130am. Then the snow plow truck plowed the parking lot below our room around 2am and we never went back to sleep. My husband and I were extremely tired for our flights the next day. We spent the night in town to cut down on driving and get more sleep. Not happy customers....
