Nice rooms, nice hotel.
Had to take my children out of the pool because the chlorine was too strong, really bummed about that because that was the whole reason for our stay, pool time for kids.

The breakfast was great. The shuttle person was so friendly, and we really appreciated this service. The front desk personnel during the day were very helpful and friendly.
When we got there at 2-2:30 am the front desk was very helpful but didn't seem very friendly. I almost felt like we were a bother.

Main reason for choosing Embassy Suites Anchorage: Facilities
The staff were so helpful and kind, ready to assist in any way. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast and cocktail hour were included and made for great accommodations.
First room was facing the street and a bit noisy however we were able to change rooms without question. Thinking maybe different windows on that side of the building will help to make noise less of a problem.

Yes, I requested for extra towels, blankets and pillows when we first checked in at 3 pm and did not get it until almost 9pm that night after our tour in the gym, and pool.

I enjoyed prompt services when I needed it. I enjoyed the Keurig coffee, and especially great breakfast in the morning. It was so worth every penny.

Fantastic stay. Great pool and large hot tub. The rooms were very clean and large. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was excellent with lots of choices and chefs to cook anything upon request. All employees were willing and ready to help with anything and very friendly. We had a great stay!
