Shuttle service around the clock. Hotel was convenient to Train station.
Helpful and friendly staff particularly Sarah at front desk and Dwayne the shuttle driver.
Complimentary breakfast.
The HVAC system was not explained to me at checkin. I awoke in the middle of the night very cold because the heat was off. Front desk sent a maintenance man to explain it to me. Apparently the cleaning staff turns the temp. setting way down when they finish their duties. Client then has to reset the thermostat every day.

Location and the friendliness of the staff.
Breakfast stops exactly at 9:30 a.m. We didn't get in until almost 11:00 p.m. the night before and some of our family missed breakfast.

Had specifically booked this hotel as there was a shuttle, however the shuttle was not available when we needed to get a ride from the airport to the hotel

We went when it wasn't high-tourist season, so, we kinda had the whole place to ourselves. wonderful!!!!

Very comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast had good options.
The pool states that it is heated, but didn't feel heated.

The convenient location, nice rooms and helpful staff. Especially the assistant and head housekeeping staff who located a blanket and stuffed animal my daughter left. They located them and got them mailed back to her within 3 days.

The pool was nice and warm.
The tv was set back in a cabinet so viewing was not easy unless you were directly in front. There was a power outage; emergency lights failed, emergency generator failed, and fire alarm went off at 4:20 AM. A partial refund or discount for next stay would have been a nice touch instead of totally ignoring a bad night. Overall the price was too high for the quality.
