Shuttle service around the clock. Hotel was convenient to Train station.
Helpful and friendly staff particularly Sarah at front desk and Dwayne the shuttle driver.
Complimentary breakfast.
The HVAC system was not explained to me at checkin. I awoke in the middle of the night very cold because the heat was off. Front desk sent a maintenance man to explain it to me. Apparently the cleaning staff turns the temp. setting way down when they finish their duties. Client then has to reset the thermostat every day.

Location and the friendliness of the staff.
Breakfast stops exactly at 9:30 a.m. We didn't get in until almost 11:00 p.m. the night before and some of our family missed breakfast.

The staff were super
Had specifically booked this hotel as there was a shuttle, however the shuttle was not available when we needed to get a ride from the airport to the hotel

We went when it wasn't high-tourist season, so, we kinda had the whole place to ourselves. wonderful!!!!

Very comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast had good options.
The pool states that it is heated, but didn't feel heated.

Su excelente ubicación, habitaciones bonitas y un personal servicial. Especialmente el personal de limpieza y ayudante de cabeza que localizó una manta y un animal de peluche que mi hija se fue. Se les encuentra y se las enviaron de vuelta a su plazo de 3 días.

La piscina era agradable y cálido.
La televisión se fijó de nuevo en un gabinete de manera visual no era fácil a menos que estuviera justo enfrente. Hubo un corte de luz, luces de emergencia falló, generador de emergencia falló, y la alarma de incendios se encendieron a las 4:20 PM. Un reembolso parcial o descuento para próxima estancia habría sido un bonito lugar de ignorar por completo una mala noche. En general, el precio era demasiado alto para la calidad.
