I liked the way the staff, especially the shuttle drivers, went out of their way to help us. They would point out sites along the way...Most were helpful to my sister getting in and out of the shuttle van.
I did not like how old and dirty the furniture in the living room was. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TO SIT ON. I would have liked to have known, before I arrived, that their shuttle service was only within one mile of the hotel. The drivers were very helpful to us, though. We could have used brighter lights in the living room...hard to read maps for planning outings.

I liked how easy it was to resolve my issues (i.e. my room key not working because it was demagnetized). I also really like the breakfast.
Didn't like the $22.00 parking fee

It was convenient to family we were visiting, and the breakfast buffet was a much-appreciated added plus.
Certain items seemed to be in need of repair or replacement, i.e., mattress (leaned toward the middle), toilet seat (loose).
