Isleta Resort and Casino

Rooms were spacious and clean. Price was exceptional! I left an item in the room, security which handles lost and found were really helpful.

Smoking in the casino overpowered the ventilation. Non smoking casino would be awesome!

We were able to relax

WE ENJOYED EVERYTHING ! WE WERE UPGRADED TO A SUITE WHICH WAS BEAUTIFUL ! ROOM SERVICE WAS QUICK AND THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS ! HAD A VERY RELAXING AFTERNOON AT THE POOL WITH PINA COLADAS DELIVERED POOLSIDE ! EVERYTHING WAS SPOTLESS AND STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. WE ALSO HAD A GREAT TIME AT THE CASINO AND THE DEALERS WERE AWESOME ! DEFINITELY STAYING AGAIN WHEN IN THE ALBUQUERQUE AREA !

Hotel was fine but the casino was way too smoky.

Hotel was extremely clean, the staff was very friendly, had a great experience.

When I arrived at the airport I called the general information number from the hotels web site and asked about the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The individual I talked with said there was no shuttle and I would have to take a taxi. The hotels web site lists a shuttle service as one of the amenities that the hotel provided. When I checked in at the registration desk I asked about the shuttle and the desk clerk said there was one but I had called the wrong number. The desk clerk was apologetic about what had happened and gave me a different number. A suggestion would be to have the number to call for the shuttle pickup identified on the web site.

Staff and facilities

Very nice receptionist gave us a wonderful room that was simply beautiful and very comfortable.

"Hiccup" w/an inattentive server at breakfast. Also the breakfast for ALL four of us was cold when served.

Size of the room was nice. The view was also good.

Not enough insulation between rooms. Noisy. Too much smoke smell in the casino. Condition of room furniture and walls need redo. Not enough selection on the room service menu. Too much confusion at lobby door for valet service and luggage help.
