Main reason for choosing Hilton Garden Inn Albany: Location
I really like the location of the hotel near the Flint River and Ray Charles memorial.
After the first night of staying in the hotel on Thanksgiving towels and room was not cleaned. The fact my girlfriend and I were not notified that the cleaning staff would not be cleaning for the day would have been nice. I had to get my own towels from the front desk. The front desk staff and some restaurant were friendly.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and answered any questions I had and I was very appreciative of this. They were never too busy to help. Best stay I have had away from home in a while and I have traveled a lot for business; this was a personal trip. Thanks.

EXCELLENT BED ADJUSTMENT
THE $9.99 BREAKFAST(WE DID NOT PURCHASE)!
MAJORITY OF 3STAR HOTELS INCLUDE at least
A COMPLIMENTARY "Continental"Breakfast.
WE WERE NOT PLEASED "fending for ourselves"in the morning,AFTER PAYING $124 FOR ONE NIGHT.

Main reason for choosing Hilton Garden Inn Albany: Location
The cleaning and check-in staff were professional and pleasant. I stayed with my family (wife and 3 year-old son) and we appreciated the combination of quality, well-kept rooms, great location and complementary coffee (really good quality) and use of the business center. This was our first time staying at an HGI and we really enjoyed HGI at Albany and are looking forward to experiencing other HGI's in our frequent future travels.
