Location was the best. Everything and everyone was top notch.
Parking, we felt we had to use the valet service, which was great, but felt that there was no other options.

Convenient location, continental breakfast, very helpful staff.
Such nice, large room should have a comfortable chair or two for guests. Otherwise everyone has to sit on the bed or use the desk chair.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a great experience
The beds were not the as comfortable as beds at other Marriott hotels.

Friendly courteous staff. At check in, the clerk recommended a few places to eat within walking distance. He also mentioned any places closer to Times Union Center the wait would be longer to get served. We ate at the Pearl Street Pub. (I was there to attend the Blake Shelton concert)
The only negative thing about the stay - breakfast the next morning was only being served until 9am. I understand because it was during the week. But with the concert being held the night before, many people who also stayed at Fairfield Inn, were coming down to have breakfast, only to find not much there to eat & only being able to have a bagel or muffin. It was disappointing to hear the staff say they weren't going to put out any more food. The staff didn't keep the coffee containers filled. This should have been reconsidered with the amount of people that attended the concert and stayed there.
