The room was clean and spacious. Liked the water park. Staff was friendly.

Hated the smoky smell from the smoking rooms nearby. Bed wasn't as comfortable as other Ramada Inn hotels I have been at.

They did not charge for the dog.

Window to outside would not lock, carpet was filthy, smoking room smelled really bad (we wanted a non-smoking room but they didn't have any - ALL rooms should be non-smoking), pool was NOT a water park - it was a pool with a slide, luggage carts were not conveniently placed, room was old and worn down.
