Allowed me to check in early (2hours) on my day of arrival

For the price I was charged, I think the motel could have afforded to provide a morning newspaper. Need to add yogurt to breakfast fare.

The bed was comfortable.

The reason why I rated Comfort a "1" is that the heater in the room was terrible. It didn't have a thermostat, so it was either on or off. If it was on, it quickly became way too hot in the room, but if it was off, it was freezing. There was no happy medium and I slept terribly both nights as a result. I will not stay at the Days Inn Alamosa ever again unless they replace those horrible heaters.
