We neglected to check the closet when checking out and left our jackets. When we realized our mistake, we called the front desk and were informed that the jackets had been turned on by the cleaning lady and could be mailed to us the next day via the USPS priority mail (charged to our credit card). Impressive! I sent the cleaning lady a $20 gratuity for her honesty.
Closet hidden behind large mirror door increases the possibility of forgetting to check the closet when checking out.

Staff is super polite & helpful! They accommodated us in checking in early so my elderly Mother could rest after travel. We truly appreciated that, among other things!.

It is new, clean and nice.
You have to wind down a side street to access it because you can't get in off the main drag.
