Location and pool
Heat off in room when arrived. Sat 5 hrs with coat on waiting to get warm.Staff apologized and gave give card. Restaurant not open and hot tub closed. Staff apologized. Hot tub opened in about 1 hr after complaint.

The lady on the phone walked me through to get the free internet.
One of the ladies in the cafeteria was asked if there was any marmalade and came back
with a whole handful.
There were several hockey teams that were noisy.
The bathroom did not have a fan.

They had a party down on the bottom floor going till 3 in the morning not very will planed on new years

Had a small issue with the coffee maker which the front desk staff immediately fixed. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenience.
1. Breakfast was not complimentary for the price paid.
2. I was not allowed to use my Hilton rewards card as my stay was booked through Expedia. This does not made sense to me as regardless of the policy, I paid and stayed at a Hilton chain of hotels.
