Main reason for choosing Holiday Inn Rapid City-Rushmore Plaza: Location
Only one elevator was working. Note on elevator was down for scheduled maintenance. I feel doing this on a busy weekend and down for the whole weekend was not true. Also eat the buffet on Friday night, only thing that was good was the dessert. Room 715 appeared to have some black mold on the bathroom ceiling,

The very comfortable beds, an elevator always open on the ground level and the very helpful staff. No matter what time of the night they were very helpul. Very appreciated.
Only that the first thing you smell when you walked into the hotel was chlorine though it wouldn't stop me from returning.
