The staff at Reception was very helpful--in particular with restaurant recommendations for one night. And, the housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel location is perfect to walk to many prime areas in Nashville. Also, rooms were spacious and well-designed/appointed for elegance and comfort.

The clerk Timothy at the front desk was especially helpful and nice. He made our visit our extra special and couldn't have been sweeter. We loved him!

Cleaning crew would knock and walk in at 8 am even if we had do not disturb sign out.

The Hotwl is conveniently located to the heart of Nashville. It is beautiful, has amenities galor ! I highly recommend this Hilton to anyone traveling to Nashville.
