I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff, especially the porters who retrieved my stored luggage and gave me directions. Also a waitress was very helpful directing me to a restaurant.
I did not like that breakfast was buffet only. I did not get a special breakfast fare that some people got.
I have allergies and did not want to spend $17 on food I couldn't eat. I had to leave the hotel to eat elsewhere
