Very friendly staff...cleanliness.
Breakfast was good, but served on paper plates and plastic cutlery is really not the way to go for so many reasons....We also stayed at your hotel in Sudbury and it is the same thing there...We save water by using the same towels, but we fill the garbage with throw away dishes and cutlery....plus I hate eating out of paper plates and plastic anything...

We arrived early and our room was ready for us. The easy access from the room to the parking lot was great. The beds were very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and courteous.
