This is what a hotel stay should be - friendly, helpful staff; comfortable, quiet rooms with good towels; and a reasonable price. Very rare to find all of this in one place these days. We'll be back.

Clean, comfortable room. Pleasant staff.
The WiFi was down one night. There was a 1-800 number which I could have called, but my need for the internet that night was not that critical, so I didn't bother.
When the WiFi was up, bandwidth was quite good.

Nice and quiet...easy location to get to.
Need one more luggage cart. One is not enough for the whole Hotel. An ice machine on each floor would be nice also.
