Clean rooms that were arranged well.
The elevator call chime was very loud. The room I was in was not too close to the elevator and could hear it all night . I felt like would be sleeping in the elevator.

Very comfortable room, looked like it might have been recently updated. last time we stayed (1 month ago) our room was not as nice.

The girl working the night I stayed was extremely helpful while I was dealing with food poisoning. When a plumbing problem couldn't be fixed immediately, I was relocated to another room, with her helping with baggage and me not having to deal with any kind of paperwork. She just gave me a new key. She was very courteous and calm the entire time, despite a high school sports team checking in at roughly the same time. Absolutely all I could ask from a staff member. I cannot recall her name although she was blond and likely in her 20s. Cassy or Wendy possibly? Check the night of the 1-16-14 to confirm.
The beds are extremely firm. Easily the hardest beds I've ever slept in. Everything else was great.

I loved the size of the room, and how clean it was.
I think the movies that you are offer on tv are way over priced. I would have rented a movie if it was 10.00 but not 17- Walmart is right across the street and I could buy it for that.

Please go to room 305 and put a new flapper in commode. It had to be manually seated after each use. Cost Red Roof Inn hundreds of gallons of water on Saturday the 19th (flushed and ignored by a child who didn't know it had a problem)
