Evergreen Inn and Suites

The room was nice and the location was convenient.

The staff weren't very friendly. They did their jobs and were not unfriendly, but they seemed disinterested and did not go out of their way. When I asked a question, they were rather cool.

In Monroe for weekend event, hotel was convenient to event location. Clean and comfortable.

Toilet started running slow, had to request plunger.

The location was perfect for us.

Mattress was a little uncomfortable

Continental breakfast was outstanding and "seconds" were acceptable, although we didn't need more. It's the object of the thing. Overall, we'll stay here everytime we visit Monroe.

The highlight of our stay was the hospitality of Christina, at the front desk. She made us feel most welcomed, and made our stay special.

The thermostat on the heater didn't seem to work.

The staff was very friendly and courteous.

The toilet was plugged first night,for while from only urine, ten flushes latter it cleared. I was at Stevens Pass weekend ski race event(racer). Due to unforeseen avalanche conditions, Mons race was cancelled. Rt 2 was jammed on the way back to your facility.took a long time I had no reason to stay the extra day. I packed my gear and checked out around just before 6 pm. I left the room pristine so no maid would be required for next costumer. Checking out i asked for any kind of credit realizing it was past check noon out time. None was given , Don't know if i can recommend or will stay again based on this.

Close to son's house. Good breakfast served early in am. Pool nice for my granddaughter. USA today at desk. Comfortable beds. Clean.
