I needed heir cookies one night after a long day at Cleveland clinic and they were so happy to oblige. I liked having breakfast in such a nice room

The valet staff is very helpful and friendly. The check in staff is also very polite.
We had leaky showerheads in our bathroom.

Staff was wonderful. Each greeted us enthusiastically and wanted to help.
Workout facility could have used some arm machines; it did have free weights.

The location of the Hotel was perfect for our visit to Little Italy, it allowed us to experience a different part of Cleveland.
Shower was a bit small, especially for a man, and water leaked out on floor. Over all very nice experience.

Access to the city
Yes...the bathrooms. There was no fan in the bathroom and the shelf over the sink made it impossible to get close to the mirror and to wash your face or brush our teeth in the sink. Its very awkwardly placed and to low over the sink

The staff was very friendly and everything was so clean! The hotel has a remarkable atmosphere.
I did not like the parking situation nor the construction of making a u-turn to get to the valet.

Location was good for family at Cleveland Clinic, valet were friendly, front staff were not as friendly
Pictures online did not do justice to how nice the room was. Breakfast in room menu was very limited. Coffee in room: cream was spoiled. No toilet paper in room upon arrival, had to call 3 times to get some delivered.

The restaurant was so good and the servers was great. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food.
The maid did not refill my bathroom with anything which I found helpful the first night such as makeup remover, shampoo, conditioner.
