I used the shuttle to go to a nearby Rehab facility and the service was great.
A couple of things distracted from my stay. I used my restroom during the night and found a couple of bugs on the floor. Shower was difficult to use. There was no room service menu in my room and when my meal arrived the toast was missing.

All areas of the facility are well detailed out--ie no nicks in woodwork, spots on carpet, etc.

We would have really loved coffee in the lobby in the morning. Maybe with a small fruit or snack to go with?

It's a VERY long (too long!) walk to many (most?) of the rooms from the front lobby.
