The Inn at Reading Hotel and Conference Center

The staff was very helpful in making us welcome and comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable and they made sure we had a small refrigerator. Air conditioner made room very comfortable for sleeping. Their in house restaurant was great. Their pastry chef made the BEST desserts.

We had to use a cot for my daughter staying in the room with us. It was old and very worn out. Hope they invest in some new ones. Used the pillows from the chairs under the old mattress in order to make it sleepable.

Kevin at the bar was absolutely wonderful! We had a large group and he handled everything with ease. His personality is well suited for his position. Thank you Kevin!

At check in we asked for adjoining rooms for 2 groups and 1 separate room for another group coming a little later. What we received was completely opposite of what we asked for but noone felt like going back to change it. It would be nice if the front desk could do things correctly the first time and not inconvenience the guests. We were in town for funeral services after more than 6 hours on the road, we just wanted our room to freshen up - we did not think it was so difficult that we would need to go back and have her do it the correct way. The facility was just what we needed, other than check in, all was fine.

It was cllose to the airport, at a reasonable cost and reasonably clean and well equipped.

The safety latch on the door to our room was broken off.

The fact that my nephew's wedding reception was there. The bed was very comfortable.

The conditioning was not working in our unit. They said they did not have another room, they brought us two fans. They do not have a free breakfast on week-ends (it costs $9+) they gave us one ticket for Monday; there were two of us. They only gave us that because I asked, other people weren't given tickets. The rooms and hallways need some paint and freshening.

For what we wanted to do in Reading the location, comfort and clenliness of the Inn could not be beat. The buffett breakfast was an unexpected surprise and delight. Would recommend this Inn to any and all staying in the Reading area. I know we will be back.

Would have liked the dinning room to stay open a little later on Sunday evening. Not a big issue, the tavern was open and met our needs for a late dinner.

The Inn at Reading has always been very family friendly and helpful of special requests. That is why we continue to stay there when in the area.

Poor choice for a couple reasons. First room was far from front desk and I did not feel safe when I tried to find in the dark. Made sure I didn't have to go back out to car. Second the room was not clean . I know it hasn't been updated in awhile but the only reason I stayed the second night was I had more important things on my mind which was sick relatives I was tending.
