The grounds were beautiful and the staff was very friendly. We were only there for the weekend for a family reunion but the location was close to the reunion and perfect for us.

Our family really enjoyed our vaca. at Powhatan. Our original suite was really not up to par as far as condition is concerned. I felt the carpet was really not in condition to be used as a rental unit. Stains really bad. The office really took care of us getting a different unit the next morning. The units were clean they just need a little updating with newer cabinets and carpets in some. I would come again to your resort, we enjoyed our sightseeing in the day and the pool at night.

We visited Colonial Williamsburg 2-3X's, yorktown battl;efield, Jamestown settlement and local restaurants
Outside decks were really not that nice, old and rundown.

We enjoyed the resort and had a great time.

The unit was great! We loved the hot tub, the upgrade to the two bedroom, and the comfort of the room.
We would have liked to stay longer.

I thought the room was clean and very nice. I wasa little disappointed in teh sales pitch at check in.

Teh resort has several different amenities that were very nice.
