It was as it always is a nice room. We always enjoy the coffee in the room and the chance to stay by the pool.
We were unhappy that we were asked to leave the hot tub precisely at 10:30PM. I also was unhappy with the price, paying roughly $114 to stay in a totally deserted hotel on Christmas eve is not my idea of a good deal. Next year I will try Hotwired!

The room was very nicely updated and comfortable. The breakfst buffet was very good, with both cold and hot options. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Our bathroom was a real problem. First, it appears that the floor has NEVER been properly cleaned. There was debris buildup in the corners, including globs of caulk from the messy caulk job around the tile base and the tub. The top edge of the tile base was filthy. And, the worse part was that the shower handle was cross-connected so that the cold was on the left and hot on the right. A child or confused elderly person could easily be scaled by that situation. Basically, the details were totally overlooked in the restroom, room 155.

Room was clean - front staff was accommodating, even allowed us to have late check-out - meeting rooms were set up well - all public bathrooms were clean
No Do Not Disturb sign, no breakfast menu for room service, no order breakfast on the door menu so that breakfast could be delivered in the AM, limited menu in Bar and Grill - food was only fair - wine selection in bar was awful.
