The hotel management needs to do quality checks on the room before guests are checked in. We arrived late on check in, the bathroom was not restocked, not even soap to wash your hands, or towels to shower with. The staff took ages to correct this, for the price we paid was not acceptable

There was nothing else that we needed, everything was right there and all areas catered for. Amazing amazing amazing.
Nothing negative about the Hotel at all. Just that we had people in the room next door that started partying, swearing etc at 12.30am until 2 in the early hours of the morning. I did phone front desk and they kept quiet for a little while and then started again !!!!!

The room was very spacious close to gateway
Staff very disorganised we could only check into room at 3pm cleaning staff continue to knock on door even when there is a do not disturb sign on the outside reception staff need alot of training

The convenient location close to the Gateway Centre
I had the haddock for breakfast, I would prefer the cheese sauce to be in a side bowl rather than the food swimming in it.

Excellent accomodation. However, Security Staff need some training regarding People Management issues. They seriously left a bitter taste in my mouth regarding parking issues in the parkade.

Friedliness of Hotel staff and quality of accomodation.
Security Staff. If it was not the festive period, I would have assaulted someone.

It would have been nicer if the hotel was finished. It was like being in a building site.

The staff were charming, except my luggage was lost by SAA. And the night porter woke me at 3am to let me know!
There is no sense of being in an hotel, It was hrd to find the entrance, very bad signage, it took me a while to find the foyer. The breakfast buffet was ok but too many flies
